About Footasylum

Footasylum has an extensive brand portfolio that features everything from the sportswear giants like Nike and Adidas to new brands like Sik Silk, for every gender, age and activity. She boasts an inviting atmosphere, and staff who are eager to help and hook you up with the latest in fashion and footwear. Before you know it, you will no longer just be keeping up with the trends. You'll be setting them.

Delivery Options

For customers residing in the United Kingdom, there are various available options; like the home delivery option, which includes an express next day service, free delivery to one of her high street stores, or to a BFPO address. Foot Asylum offers affordable delivery service at £3.95 for the standard delivery and £1.00 for next day delivery. International customers are not left out, as they offer delivery to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom. The cost of delivery varies depending on the country, and you might also be required to pay an import duty to your local customs office.

Return Policy and Exchange of Goods

Their return policy covers any item the customers find unsatisfactory, or are not completely happy with. They offer refunds or exchange on any product that is not completely satisfactory to the customer, with the condition that the goods are returned within 14 days of the date on the receipt, and are returned in an unused and sellable condition. Returns will be sorted out within 7 days of getting the goods back in the warehouse, as long as the returns form is filled in full, to avoid any delays with identifying and processing the return. Goods can be returned through the post office, through ASDA or through Collect plus. If the goods are bought in the store, they can be brought back as long as they are unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached. Sometimes, the refund can take longer than usual, for various reasons, but it will most definitely be sorted out within 30 working days. A refund to a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days. This, however, does not affect statutory rights. If a costumer wants an exchange, he or she should fill the exchange form and bring the goods to the store. If the item he or she wants to exchange with is of a higher price than the goods earlier purchased, then a call could be placed across to the customer to add the required amount of money, or refund the difference. Unfortunately, exchanges are only offered to customers residing in the United Kingdom.

Shopping and Payment at Foot Asylum

Shopping at foot Asylum can either be done online or in any of the 55 stores across the United Kingdom. Payment can be made with debit cards, credit cards or cash. Their online site offers a store finder; a way to find the store closest to you, giving their customers a shopping experience that is a hundred percent convenient and hassle free. The site also offers a size guide, another proof that they have the interest of their customers at heart. The size guides prevent you from picking a pair of shoes that would turn out to be too tight and hurt you feet, or too big, making walking uncomfortable.

Discounts

Foot Asylum offers a student discount, taking 10% off purchases for students. How awesome is that?
